picked up a new door to replace my dented up one,trying to swap in my old door handle and key mechanism, have no idea how to get the window up on the new door to access the back of the door handle,any info on how to force the glass up without breaking it?? Thanks

Well…i would start by unplugging a few of the plugs in the old door and taking it off. then plug in the new door (you should be able to do it while the door is off) and then you should be able to use the door switches to roll the window up. Where are you located?
If you look at the attached pic., you will see pair of 12mm bolts on the top, and pair on the bottom. Unscrew these, unplug the window motor, and the whole window lifting assembly can be taken out. Good idea to look it over before installing the door. Also, this will give you easier access to the locks, but it’s still a pita, so take your time)
