I installed it, the oil outlet line at the bottom of the turbo was leaking, I just pulled the fucking thing back out. I widened the t25 adapter to fit the turbo, but it was leaking, so I need to know what everyone else did. This thing is pissing me the fuck off. All the other lines fit properly, but this one is causing me serious headache. Any input would be nice.
How exactly did you “widen” it? You should only have to slightly oval the bolt holes. Is it possible you went too far leaving little material left to seal against the face of the center section? Did you use the same gasket? What sealer did you use if you did reuse the gasket? It’s leaking at the flange face, not the hose itself right?
I used the same gasket, it was in good shape, but applied some liquid gasket. If I go to nissan to get a new one what do I ask for?
