S2000 guys, step inside

Here are the OEM options if you need them

SPARK PLUG (PFR7G-11S) (NGK)
SPARK PLUG (PK22PR-L11S) (DENSO)

Buahaha… Lia Honda wanted $22 a plug.

What plugs are people running?

Don’t run the denso’s . Get the ngk

Well, just got boned by the parts dealer. lol $65 after tax for 4 plugs, no lube or plastic glove. Lia Honda wanted $22 a plug. Napa discount didn’t work, along with a AAA discount not working. Price of plugs is exactly that no matter what.

and people think Porsche parts are expensive…

:bloated::bloated::bloated::bloated::bloated::bloated::bloated::bloated::bloated::bloated::bloated:

lol, labor probably more than anything. The labor on this car will probably take me 20 minutes at most. Wonder how much for a Corvette or Supra or something comparable.

yeah i did plugs and coilpacks before i moved out here and saved $600 on labor

my car takes simple bkr6e plugs tho LOL

I use bkr7e on my 2jzgte and it is much less than that

Well I’m going to end up getting them at a wholesale price after all. Looking at around $10.50 a piece. Much better in my eyes.

Well, seafoam in the fuel tank. Spark plugs going in after work. K&N air filter coming in the mail. Little stuff, but always a good thing to take care of.

Has anyone every sprayed seafoam in the intake? I’ve never done it on any cars and feel very sketch about doing it.

Why the hell are you putting seafoam in your car :Picard:

Every honda i’ve ever had has been north of 100k miles and seafoam was the least of my worries. I don’t know why you would do that, but then again i’ve never used seafoam and have always been leary of it.

Why would you boost a car with over 100k miles on it with stock internals thinking you can push over 400hp with no problems?

Why don’t you tell me why I would add it to the fuel and what its used for instead of asking it like I’m a dumbass.

Dude just got BURNED by yambag

OK. i know you’re a fucking genius so lets point some things out here:

A) i did a compression test prior to turboing my car
B) The s2000 has FORGED INTERNALS. Lets replace forged internals with forged internals because that makes any sense at all.
C) You’re retarded
D) The side of my piston MELTED
E) the cylinder wall has detonation marks all over it
F) NEITHER of that would matter if my car had 4 miles on it or 10000393448348 miles on it, jackass.
G) I sent my AEM map (which you don’t even understand) to Trackforged, Real St Tuning, Innovative Motorworks, 2 local tuners who will remain unnamed and posted it online and EVERYONE said it was FUCKED.
H) If you don’t know who any of those shops are, sell your car and go lease a corolla.
I) You’re trying to seafoam a car with sub 50k miles. For what reason? Some idiot told you so? Do you even know why people use it? Do you even know what it’s for?

You couldn’t even change your oil without posting a thread on s2ki asking about how to do it. I am sorry i ever even TRIED to help you.

There is absolutely no need what so ever to seafoam your car. but hey, what do i know, right? I’m just some idiot.
pump a shit ton if it into your intake, put it in your oil too. hey, add in it your fuel. make sure you don’t change your oil right afterward either. it will be great! till your motor locks up 2 minutes later. let me know when you fubar your plugs you just cried about in 3 seperate threads on here because you had to spend 40bucks on them.

the s2000 isn’t some pile of shit car. if your oil is junky, and car runs like shit, SURE. put seafoam in it. Or, actually FIX the problems and your car will be fine. seafoam is for when you want to throw a bandaid on something that needs to be fixed. but if you will feel better about yourself putting it into your car go for it.

because putting random chemicals into your car will fix it.

Holy shit  and why did you stop at I lolz

Seafoam/induction service is regular maintenance on most cars.

I used Seafoam on my formula every year no issues…Guess there is a chance you could hydro lock your motor if you poured it in to fast without enough throttle but I have only heard random comments about that on the internet.

It’s preventative maintenance just like cleaning out a intake manifold on 335i

The difference is you actually know how to work on a car

I wanted to see if that hyrdolocking thing is true or not…

I’m sure he will report back

friend of mine got s2k with over 150k on it and guess what stock internals and his making over 400whp on spray with out any problems at 220 shots, so pushing s2k over 400whp its a cake
