I always liked SAABs, my buddy’s mom had a 9-3 Turbo and it was an awesome little car. SAAB’s problem was that they didn’t market the brand right so no one knew about or understood them. GM’s fault probably.

Man I’m still bummed that the brand is dead.

The latest 95 Aero looks pretty good, and for 20k off the price, it’s worth considering.

If I didn’t just buy a car, I’d probably jump on a 9-3x. Those are some solid deals.

Ok, so seriously what is the deal with Saab? Are they going out of business or did someone in China buy them and is production continuing…I can’t figure it out…

Man, good deals…

Sort of. Saabs United reports that the automaker has announced some of its employees will return to complete the vehicles still standing unfinished on the production line. All told, only around 100 units are likely to be produced and then sold off before the brand goes dark for good.

The Swedish automaker finally filed for bankruptcy in December after a tumultuous year that featured production stoppages, court protection and a variety of foreign suitors with wide-ranging plans to save the brand. In the end, however, the Saab flag fell.

Here in the U.S., the company is currently investigating ways to continue to honor warranties in the wake of its implosion.

great prices… not in the market though.

SAAB went under. from what i recall china didnt complete the deal and even if they did they didnt carry on NA distribution.

That really sucks, I’ve always liked Saab…

Don’t worry, Chrysler will keep their style alive.

hmmmm… I called about one of the 9-5 turbo premium models… we will see.

This actually looks really good. Is this like a sport version of the 200?

No idea, but it looks a lot like a SAAB.

the 9-5 is sick looking!

I was sad to see it happen to Saab. I bought my '91 900s a couple months ago and fell in love. Sweet deals though

holy crap, saab’s MSRP at 50k+?

man I feel bad for the poor sap who paid sticker for his 50k Saab last year.

Yeah, all 2 of those guys.

I’m disappointed, the 9-5 platinum super turbo premium 4 is ~200hp, 18mpg city? And totally looks Chinese already.

:LOL
