he frauded a few people in ontario and Quebec.
in fact, the guy who he frauded in Quebec couldnt speak english very well so i contacted the regina police on his behalf.
the thief admitted through e-mail that he was frauding people, i still have those e-mails and would be more then happy to participate in any investigation. but i prolly cant fly out there…lol

there was no report, i was simply inquiring on behalf of the dude from Quebec about how to go about getting his money back.
in the end he was able to get the $$ back through his credit card so there was no charges or anything
as a side note…
you can ALWAYS make claims on credit card purchases, the amount of $$$ the credit card companies write-off each year is astounding.
the only problem is that you cant keep doing it, so you might want to save the claim for when your car actually does get stolen or when you do actually get ripped off.

Its not like adrian to do anything liek this… I first read about ur situation on 306motorclub and i cam here to check it all out. Im not sure what adrian is thinking but i will be talking to him within the next few hours. Even tho i have no idea who u are u believe it is in everyones best interest to get this sorted out w/out any legal authorities stepping in to crack skulls:P loss of a pw on the forum can account for why he didnt reply to PM’s but ignoring phone calls is over the top… I will talk to him and get back to you

Thank you weirsy, we just want to figure this out. For RS13 to get his sideskirts and front lip would be the best, believe me I’m sure RS13 doesn’t WANT to get the police involved, but what else can a guy do? I’m sure he’s given Adrian alot of chances, like I said I bought a couple of things off of him and picked them up locally, he seemed like a really nice guy to me. I didn’t think he would do something like this.

Well he claims he was scraping the 3m double sided tape off his car for 2 hours after he sent the parts out so im sure their on they’re way.

Well i left 1 message today and was hung up on twice. Let adrian know that i did file the police report and he can contact me as i will stop trying to contact him. I will have to speak with the Economic Fraud Commision sometime this weeks and he will be contacted by the police in Regina.
If he actualy did ship them out tell him nicely to give me a tracking number. However i will not drop the charges untill everything is delivered and everything is satisfied. I paid for express 2-3 day deliver and will expect a refund out of him becuase i guess it was not sent that way If he did ship them out last week.
Usually i am not an ass like this but when he has tried to scam me i am.
I have tried adding him to MSN as i have heard from quite a few people that he is constantly on there but he has blocked me. I would have loved to work this out in person or over the phone but it is not look like it is going this way.
I can care less about my money now. All i want to see is this person punished for what he has done to me and many other people.
EDIT: The police have all of his information now, phone numbers, address and the names of his parents (not sure on age). It would be very hard to track down if there was none of this but i have it all. The copy of the money order and pm’s are all in their hands.
Phone calls on his cell, home, MSN, PM’s on NECC, 306motoringclub and e-mails.

Rob, did you take the money order to the post office to get tracked, so they can give you a signature of whoever cashed it, it takes about a week for them to track it, but they can.
Yup it is all in the polices hands now.
I made that post on 306motorclub in the hopes that we could get this settled and you could get your items instead of losing your money and getting the police involved. But I guess Adrian doesn’t want to do things right and face the music. So, I guess he’s gonna have to answer to the police.
I have been talking to him and althought i can’t see adrian doing any of this on purpose i can’t ignore the facts… First of all his cell phone has been broken the last while and the loaner cell that he had lost was just returned to him so maybe try phoning him now? Theres a chance that when u kept calling him the person who found the ohone had picked up or somehting but im not sure how it all went down… Ignoring your emails and such well i can’t back him up there but he claims he sent the package last week. So although you did not recieve the express shipping you paid for the parts should still be on their way… I asked him and he said basic postal service doesnt offer tracking numbers, so again its not what you paid for but thats what he did, and thats another problem… I will keep checking into this but i doubt that adrian is actually doing this on purpose…
He might not be doing this on purpose, but even so, what if the package gets lost, he didn’t get it insured(all insured packages have tracking numbers). Even if it does go missing, he can say, “It’s not my fault.” Therefore, money=gone. So, if RS13 doesn’t recieve the items, then he wants his money back. It’s not that hard to understand. Money or Items, no question. I hope Adrian has the maturity to sort this situation out wisely.
Ps. Have you asked him about the other people he has ripped off, in ontario and quebec?
It is 1 dollar more for a tracking number. When it arrives i will cancel the complaint, if they ever do. When i called his house his mother took it and said he was home, in the back ground i heard him speaking but he just kept hanging up on me.( expain this) Use the hold button next time you screen calls becasue i could hear what adrian was saying in the background. Still he quoted me a price for shipping fully insured and fully tracked express to my door. I will never do buisness with him again and i bet no one else on here or in the nissan scene will buy anything off of him ever again.
The people in ontario payed adrian and got simmilar stores. However i am pretty sure they all got it sorted out because they paid thru paypal. I have left him my home number, work, cell and e-mail addresses. I even said call me collect if needed from a pay phone becasue he said he has no long distance service. ( i find that hard to believe)

Umm nothing is really sorted out. Most of them as far as i know (bing can help here) had to get their money back thru paypal. Not from adrian.
