Why not just tell him to return the money to RS13, admit he never shipped the sideskirts, then everything will be over and RS13 will stop calling him…? This can all come to an end quite easily. Fraud won’t look very good if this Adrian guy goes to do something in the bank, or get a job even.
I shipped something today with UPS and I didn’t even ask for a tracking number, it shows up on the Canadian services Waybill. There is no excuse. If he was actually concerned about it, he would check into it, instead of letting it play out.
I have to sort of feel bad for the guy, as Apexi240 said finding a future job is next to impossible with fraud on your record if charges end up being layed.

I would be very happy with my money back. Oh and fraud is not just a fine. EPS said they are trying to crack down on it and most of the time it comes with jail time. However since this was a small amount i doubt jail time will come out of this.

Cody, I know that would be the smartest move, but who am i to tell him that? Like he says he shiped the parts so im not gonna tell him to give him the money back. now either adrian is fucking around and he’s gonna get bent over for it, or this is all just a mix up. Now im still not defending him so dont get all up on me for him not returning ur phone calls and emails and PM’s. He already ruined his name on many of the big online forums and i think he’s a bit smarter than to just think he wil get away with it all but who knows? whatever… u definatly should have recieved ur stuff by now so im gonna ask him on msn wtf is going on…

Did Adrian get his admin buddy to fucken ban my ip, and why, because we told everyone the truth about him on that forum and he doesn’t want them to know. Can someone contact Curtis the 306motorclub prez and say something about this, because it is bullshit, I did nothing wrong and if Adrian’s buddy banned me from the site, it’s for bullshit reasons and he should have his admin stripped.

Umm it worked the day before, and the day before, then all of a sudden, site not found. I search for it on google, then click the link, then site not found. I am just saying what is going on. It’s kinda convenient though.
