Shift_Nissan and I have previously done business.

We have written receipts.

First,

I gave him 1x 240sx convertible with silvia conversion.

He gave me

1x Slightly running POS coupe
1x STRIPPED coupe chassis
1x RUNNING sr20det motorset.

He has played games for over 5 months now , Not giving me owner ship. Giving me the wrong owner ship, Just straight up shifty acts of a criminal.

The motor set ended up having a rod knock

I gave this motorset to a friend to clear debt for the convertible that I owed money on.

This friend ended up selling it to another member on the board, who ended up trying to install it … just to find out that there is a ROD knock.

The slightly running coupe ended up being stripped before the sale was complete.

It was supposed to come with used TEIN ha coilovers,
but he took them off during the night of the exchange…

He was answering his phone 1 week ago to FINALLY give me the ownership that he owes me

but the games are back on apprently since he isnt answering his phone for over 1 week now
and he is posting for sale threads on son with his number listed.

Ive never been Screwed harder by someone on son240sx before in my life.

This guy is playing the ultimate games, and has from the start.

HE claimed the reason why the SR20det wasnt in the white coupe CHASSIS was becuase there was no interest in people bying the car with the motor, so he took it out…
ugh , right.

Basically I got scammed, except I have paperwork that proves he said things were in working order.

Over 5 individuals were screwed over by the items he gave me.

I will be taking LEGAL action soon if you dont respond.

yea he is kinda shifty I bought that Silvia Convertible

when i came to pick it up the Injectors and whole fuel rail assembley were missing.

he took some suspension piece from the front drivers side .
and , he promised me a new trunk lid.
and the grill wasn’t in his car like his ad said.

i wasn’t really gunna make a big deal about it but i see its in his character to do these things now so .folks take it as a warning.

I ended up taking this motor set for a 1000 dollar debt being cleared.
Cleared the debt by selling the motor to a good friend for $1000.

Spent an extra 160 dollarsto get the engine harness we didnt receive from shifty_nissan. He claims it was “stolen”

Spent 100 dollars at partsource to get the start rebuilt

Spent 250 to get like 30 pieces of the motor powder coated.

I was doing this to help out a friend with his installation,
The guy who originally took the motor from me ended up flopping on TAKING the engine, so he left it at my house to sell.

I ended up selling the motor to a friend of FARMERS for $1400, loosing money. Thinking it was in RUNNING order because thats what the receipts say

but silly me, I shouldnt have never trusted him.

The person who bought the motor called me 3 months later to imform me that the Sr20det had a lower rod knock.

So here I am a middle man in this whole situation.
All i want is to make things right

I’ve never met shift_nissan
This deal was done between SR_S13 and HIM.
I just ended up being one of the guys who got screwed.

And now i have to fix a situation i shouldnt have been a part of to begin with.

Bill next time you owe me $1000, you pay me in CASHHHHHHHHHHHHH
not with POOCHED motorsets.

I too actually have something to say about Shift_Nissan

Recently I posted an add to sell my 1990 Mazda Miata.

When he came to check it out my friend Bill (Sr_s13) was at my house and they

seemed to have a legitimate conversation regarding Bill’s (Sr_S13) coupe

registration. Shifty_Nissan told him he will try to do it as soon as possible.

But I guess he did not keep his word because it has been 2 weeks and Bill has

still not received his registration for one of his coupes.

So I have to agree with Knockturnal, He is definitely playing games with people.

that shit is fucking lame, sorry to hear about your problems, both multi and sr_s13 are both genuine people, it sucks when this happins

but as for shift_nissan = shifty_nissan, i loled so hard.

My buddy bought the motor set in good faith, now he has a $1400 paper weight, Its in his best interest to make this right and fast !!! clock is ticking and time is running out on the meter

I have talked to nissan_shift and hopefully this matter will get figured out by monday

I know most of the parties in this situation, and I know Shift_nissan aswell. He seems like a straight up guy, but I’ve never done buisness with him. I hope this gets rectified soon for ALL parties. I hope all names are cleared.
