Here’s one part of my fuel system upgrade
Once the resister box arrives, I have to take the harness out and gut it then add in the box. Then either RC 1000cc or FIC 1050’s
Also adding another Walbro inline pump.
Turbo should be here today!

do you know the max watts on the resistors in the box i know that they are 10 ohm, I just need to know if they are over 5 watts
10watt 10ohm
b&r fittings kicks ass, i got lots of fittings on my motor from them. good shit, pricey but what can you do.
-10an vs -8an oil drain
:wiggle:
So of course the new fuel pressure sender doesn’t fit next to the fuel pressure regulator! Its b/c I used a Jackson fuel rail adapter to angle the regulator away so it would clear my manifold. Im looking into adding a gauge adapter.
Then while ordering I specifically asked if I would have everything needed to install the new turbo.
Not the case.
The flange I bought from Cheap turbo for the GT turbo didn’t come with hardware and of course its not the same size as my old one
And now since my old drain was 1/2npt and the new one is 3/8npt I have to order a 3/8npt to -10an fitting.
Then I just realized I cant weld my -6an water line fitting to the bottom of my radiator b/c the traction bar is there…lol
Think I’ll just tap into one of the coolant lines going to the IAC. But that means I have to buy more fittings.
The resister box came and looks good. Im going to modify it buy cutting off all the extra mounting flanges.
I also bought another rely for the inline pump Im going to add.
Lots to do!
this is for the coolant right?
EDIT: nm i looked at the post
so with that plug do you run the into the turbo or is that out of the turbo?
what about the IAC ??
Im not sure about flow? I would think if I tap the coolant line from the IAC it would be cooler water in and then the out would go to the block…
Was going to tap the water temp. T using 1/4npt to -6an but there isnt enugh meat. bought the 8mm bolts for the drain flg. and a 3/8npt to -10an
Yup… more work. cooler has to move
my shoe
Flow will come out the front of the block then return after the termo (low pres side ) Im going to try using the stock GSR water pipe for the return.
dumb that you had to move the fmic
Such a nice build
Can you guess whats going on here…
super nice build, I’m loving everything about it!
GL and keep up the good work
damn man, you really are going all out balls to the walls with this. keep it up!
gawd…this thread makes me want to get my honda done…keep it up dude
Is the FMIC positioned right now?
Na… wait till me next one for that
Its all done!
