Looks like you were in the North East Kingdom area where you saw that, judging by the Newport VT on the mudflaps. Lots of pick-up truck drivin’, gun totin’, crazy sunzabitchez up that way.

I think it was somewhere on Route 2 after getting off of 91 heading east into NH.
