I was turning left onto watervliet shaker from the airport and as soon as I passed him (he was stopped at the light to my left) he pulled a U-turn and eventually I got the party lights.
I gave him everything (including my PBA card) and after about 10 mins he came back with a warning. He just said “yeah, it’s way too dark, I couldn’t see ya in there.”
Guy was decent. Took my PBA card though, bastard. I’ll have to get it back from my neighbor if he even gives it back to me…
