I saw a guy on the corner of state street peeing on the side of the Stockade Market :lol Whats even funnier is that there was a wonderful sheriff behind me watching the whole thing !:haha I got a picture of the guy attempting to walk away right before the sheriff grabbed his arm and put handcuffs on him. I have never laughed so hard before. Heres my pic of him lol

Theres all kinds of crackheads and wackos in that area. My work was renting a place on Church Street for a while and when I was there Id always see interesting people around.
