Insane amounts of police activity on Balltown near Rexford. Like 5 Nisky cops, all flying down the hill, and one on top of the hill lightin up a disabled vehicle. Sounded like maybe a hit and run or the vehicle at the top of the hill had a loud blowout, I heard a decent bang and then things went crazy!
