next time you lay down and you are tired, dont sleep so long. set your alarm to wake yourself up earlier then you would wake up on your own. that day you should get tired and want to go to bed sooner. hence you will fall asleep. just keep repeating the steps day after day. on the weekends if you wake up at 9 get up dont just lay there and go back to sleep…

oh and if it doesnt work the first time. set your alarm for less time sleeping start off with watever your average hrs you sleep are and just keep decreasing the amount of time you sleep.

let me know how it works.its always worked for me. i fall asleep within 2 min of layin in bed everynight!

OK but serisously. If you need to sleep here is a great recipe. First, eat just before you go to bed. Like, something high in carbs, pasta or turkey or etc. Then have a glass (or two) of Chianti. Youll be out like a light.

P.S - Side effects may include getting fat and or becoming an alcoholic. However if you have a super high metabolism like me, youll be fine.
