yea but all these suggestions are for like normal people who can normally go to bed, this is lightwieght stuff, people like me … what is a glass of milk or wine or counting to some number gonna do?
no disrespect by anymeans im just being honest, it dont work for people will REAL sleep issues
the best thing i’ve heard yet is “next time your tired set clock to 9 hours” and wake up and do it every day
