I mean, after all, all this modifying of cars is just to make them faster and be able to speed, whichi s dangerous for (fill in the blank). Therefore, they need to be banned, since i don’t like them, and they are dangerous to my health.

This is simple. Either ban tobacco completely, or leave it the fuck alone. They will not ban it, becasue as politcians, they are a bunch of fucking hypocrites! They want the damn tax money! If smoking is so bad, then BAN IT COMPLETELY!
BTW, before anyone starts on me, i do not smoke. But that should not matter. I think wasing my clothes and taking a shower after going out is a small price to pay to keep the governement out of another part of my liberty.

First off, Im a smoker. I know people who dont smoke, but smoke when they drink. Banning smoking in bars is like banning popcorn from the movie theaters. haha just my two cents.
I can understand in restaraunts, but anywhere that serves alcohol …its stupid.
let the people speak. They should let the general public vote on this and whatever happens happens. I smoke but if a majority didn’t want it I would be considerate enough not to smoke in public, but it shouldn’t be the choice of a few politicians.
Most restaurants serve alcohol though, and generally have a bar of some type. You bring up a good point though. Not being able to smoke in a bar is just un-american. I really don’t see the problem with just having better segregation of smoking/non-smoking sections.

its not about smokers rights. Its about the rights of a bar owner to allow his patrons to smoke. If the demand were there for non-smoking clubs, then there would be more of them.

The people that would support a ban are one of the biggest things that piss me off about this country. No one has any respect or care about anyone other than themselves. I dont smoke, but you do. It bothers me, so I want to enact legislation that keeps you from mildly annoying me. If we start down that path, eventually everyone will be fucked out of something at the expense of others.
Soon there will be no porn, no booze, no fast cars, no out of wedlock sex. It will be perfect. We’ll all be government mandated drones that are nice and prodictive for our corporate masters. :bowdown:

To be honest, when I was living out in CA, and came back home and went to a bar, and it was smoke filled, I could barely breathe! (richmond, va, capitol of phillip morris and rj reynolds, we went on field trips to phillip morris as kids to watch them make the cigs lol) Had to go outside to smoke 
, living in Pgh now, I am used to smoke filled bars again. But hell, they did it in Ireland didn’t they? Pub on every corner, tons of pissed off smoking, drinking, irishmen, but they got over it…:dunno:
Now tell me I can’t smoke on a street corner in the fresh air, or in my car, (if I did smoke in the cars, we don’t) and you have a problem.
