She can call 911 and they will redirect the appropriate support
I called non-emergency number and they said they’re not taking action on non-life threatening calls.

Stopped snowing in Derby so must’ve stopped in OP. I got at least another two feet.
By the way, I don’t necessarily agree with people driving on the 90 when your predicted to get even 2’ of snow - that’s just idiotic, so yes some of the blame is on the drivers, but the biggest thing in my opinion is that if he’s trying to keep himself looking good during all this, the last thing you want to do is blame residents publicly.
There is fault on both sides of the line.

Shots from todays successful journey to the street.
You made it to the street. Keep going! By next year you should be able to get to the store.
Now they are going a walking band in S. Buffalo starting at 10pm. Got the bmw off the street today to drive to my brother in laws to help him clear snow off his roof. Went well. But now a plow hit the fire hydrant 1 street over and all of the side street is flooded with 2 plus inches of water. Watched it flood for over a hour b4 water authority got there.
LOL…I can dream!
Holy crap Kyle, where do you live again?
