45+ hours a week at work, plus side work at night, as wekk as selling off parts is how i get my money. I alos dont impulse buy, i look around and see what is going on market wise. On same token, if i come across a real good deal i will pull trigger immediately.
hence why it has taken me 14 months to get this far. every dollar outside of bills goes into my car. i alot myself 20 bucks a week for snuff, gas money, iced tea…
i havent bought anything new for myself in 4 years that would be deemed unnessecary… shit i need real food let alone new pants/shirts or spending money… splurging to me is going out to eat, or going to th ebar to chill w/ friends. it dont happen often.
oh yeah, i i were to do my setup w/ a bone stock miotor, id have 50 bucks into it… as i wheeled and dealed enough that i got whole cars for cheap/free, parted them out made moeny back, and got parts i woudl need for free. however, u can only go so far on oem shit–hence why im dropping the bank, wanna really push the envelope.
salior speaks the truth here. you come across a deal you have to jump on it. not spurging on things helps out alot but thats something we do in this hobby.

Its all about how you budget your money, i almost never buy clothes or any other shit like that, sometimes ill go eat out but usually i dont go anywhere except car related ventures
I’ve worked my share of 80-90 hour weeks, but runnin a shop, thats pretty much manditory. You gotta work hard to get ahead on this sorry little planet.

I got about 4500.00 into my lightning, and that should be good enough for a mid 12 sec. pass… over winter ill be droppin a few stacks, built bottom end, a new blower, and some spray…
about 2 grand for some 22" hopefully at the end of the month…
