like i said, it DEPENDS ON THE TOOLS YOU HAVE AVAILABLE at time of theft
they obviosly had a sawzall to cut the pipe, they obviously thought the sawzall needed to be used to cut the pipe
maybe they couldnt get a wrench in there to unbolt it
maybe the bolts are frozen in place
my logic isnt reversed, my logic is simple, they obviously did what they had to to get the parts out, based on the tools they had, the time they had, and the knowledge they had
