Don…what was the date of when the wheel was replaced?
:edit: “it’s jim” drop it going into a retail store and acting like an asshole will NOT get you anything. Theres a difference between being stern with them and just letting them know alittle customer service can go along way. (mention your a dj and have bragged about how much you loved the ipod, also that you have shared your “great experiance” with others)

I work retail as well and I don’t feel like I need to be an asshole. I might be a bit pushy, but not a huge asshole.
