SR won't start in cold weather

In the morning , when it was -7c or something, tried to start the car, made about 30-40 turns and no result. Wondering what can that be, car was driven every day, starting every time. Only time, recently had to turn the engine about 10 times before it started, and it was a cold morning too.

The other thing I was noticing that the battery light remained on for a minute or so after the start. It happened on colder mornings, and not on warmer ones.

Wondering what it could be, doubt it’s the fuel line freeze as the pressure is there, plugs look normal.

Might be the ECU, or, maybe coilpacks, also filled 89 gas, mb low octane, but later added octane booster and still same.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

How old is the battery and whats the CCA on it (cold cranking amps) That tells you how effective the battery is in colder weather.

If its not a crap Battery

Could be a dying CAS the same issue happened to me it would only send the sparkplug signal when it was warm!!
