Though I’d put this out to anyone living in Mississauga, specifically the Eglinton and Mavis area.
I stayed over at a friends on Saturday night, to have my JDM Chuki turn signals (amber/white signals for a 91-94 240SX Fastback) stolen from my car. The lights are easy enough to remove (two screws on each side), so someone just drove up, took them off, and left.
Whoever this fcking ashole is should burn in hell. And if I ever see my signals on another 240SX (They had a very distinctive crack on one side) I will personally beat you with a baseball bat..
So if you live in that area, I’d keep close attention to your car at night, especially if in a highly visible area. The irony of all this is, I live in a neighbourhood known for stolen parts, as do many of my other friends, and I have never had any issues. The area where my signals were stolen was a “good” neighbourhood.
if u find him… state his name and user tag and get his ass banned . stealing is just wrong. the theif never thinks what if someone steals from him? if he did he wuld think twice.

Thats not ghetto, i live in the ghetto and ive never heard of someone stealing tailights honestly i dont think the manz would know how to. so im guessing its a rich white teen who has nothing better to do but act like a prick and ruin peoples days and drives a Eg6. just my 2 cents
I’m of the attitude that, no matter how small an item is, theft is theft, nothing else to it.
I also live in a relatively bad neighbourhood, and routinely stay overnight at another friend’s place where theft is high, but I’ve never had an issue with my car… I’m really pissed that this is happening in a “good” neighbourhood, as I said… I mean, come on… How cheap are you that you can’t blow $150 for a set of lights for your own ride, that you have to steal them in the night?!?
I know that the chances of finding these are slim to none, and it was a minor loss. I’m more interested in getting people in that area to take notice and be wary of people who might be eyeing their cars…

not so fast, dude… my half-clears were also stolen off my car a couple of months ago… and i’m sure you’ve read about all the shit that’s been stolen recently from UNI members.

actually, i really believe it has less to do with location and everything to do with the day and age we’re living in… it’s obvious that “respect” and “values” and “common courtesy” and “decency” are qualities that are becoming increasingly more rare among society in general.
