Turbotimers are rice, plan and simple. Drive the car out of boost for about 5 minutes on the way to your house/parking spot, let it sit for a few seconds and shut it off. All a turbo timer does is let a ricer come blasting in full spool into a parking spot and get out of the car and chase after some chicken heads.
Look at/take out an injector and read the serial number. Find out what injectors you have first off. Post a pic of the engine bay. Maybe you have a rising rate FPR or something sorta helping this get some extra fuel with boost. I would to a compression test too, becasue it this was un tuned and ran for xxx time stuntin around on boost who knows how well the motor is to start.
If anything, just dont boost it until you get it looked at properly.
hey sady, i didnt have the cash for it. and i honestly still love your civ. i paid 1000 for the new car. i know it wasnt smart buying into something i dont know much about. you need to start somewhere ? ive taken the advice from all the post. shes sitting in the driveway, waiting for a couple more paycheck and to pay off some lawers before bringing it to synapse. if it comes down to it, im just going to sell it and buy another car. thats if the people at synapse tell me its not worth it. so sady. is she still for sale? asking price?
and if anyone has injectors or a fuel managment for a zc, let me know.
