benny you can’t win this argument, lets assuming this motor makes 1300Whp, there are many supras running around with that much power. look at ryan woon, 1500whp, with a stock supra gearbox. its not just the motor that makes it the ideal import race car. its the drivetrain, the long wheel base, the stout engine, etc.
Strictly referring to the 2jz vs. euro s50 or even the s54, I mean shit, HPF made 900whp on a 67mm turbo in the s54 on less than 30psi…the heads are more efficient, that’s all I’m saying, absolutely the supra is an absolutely phenomenal car, no argument there, but the flow bench doesn’t lie :nod

Indeed. While BMW S heads do have more flow potential, it’s just a component to the mix. An engines natural VE goes right out the window once forced induction is thrown into the mix…

oh god, u are way to young if you think the fnf has anything to do with 1000whp supras, all the fnf did for supras was sell a bunch of bomex body kits/trd hoods and apr aluminum wings.
hell yeah, you can get the same power building a M50 variant as you could just swapping in a 2jz and going big single on the stock block, it’s not like you’d be tuning with the dme anyway so you could just do a stand alone/simple harness.
