finished up the car today, the copper crush seal which i thought was causing my leak ended up being a little tear in the cap off on the injector, trimmed it a bit and now all is well.

My truck lost the egr too. And the cat. And the muffler. Things losing parts all over. Nice work Pete. On the 6.0’s at work we do a “egr service” where you clean the valve and clean all the soot out of the intake. They clog up all the time from idling all day.

Yea I just saw the pic of the intake and it reminded me of how I hate doing that service. The cummins egr is worse.

The busses we have with egr(cummins ISB) the valve actually gets clogged and it sticks wide open. Happens quite regularly.
