What type of grip are you using. Also this can be done elbows flared or tucked depending on what exactly you want out of it. Underhand grip tucked elbows pulling the bar between the bottom of your pecs and waist is my favorite and crushes the late. Overhand flared elbows involves much more traps and upper back.

Well what i have read is more weight triggers more muscle fibers, but alot of people look like retards trying to throw there body around trying to go heavy :lol: but last rep cheating i agree probly wont scariface form to much and probly is worth it.

Hell to the yezzah, force reps, negatives, drop sets that shit is almost never pretty…But is was the most jacked AND TAN doing it like this. However this is not beginner technique and I would not want a beginner to think that ANY cheating is ok they will not defferentiate and then will end up like the people you cant help but look at and scream in your head.

Yeah I did some PT, but it was like little girly shit to strengthen ligaments and try to get back some atrophed muscle since my legs were visibly different sizes. They even had electrodes on me manually stimulating the muscle at one point. :roflpicard:

Hindu squats are about the best thing I’ve found that I can do. Once I get in the routine I can do a couple hundred straight.

My family has a long history of terrible backs, so I do a lot of stretching to keep my back straight. I realize if I do this before I work out I use way better form and don’t injure myself.

best video i could find. Basically u sacrafice form to get the weight up and build the muscle u need to. Obviously u wanna be careful not to arch ur back too much or ur gonna have problems. They are also not for beginners bcause they are usualy used on a heavy day in which someone is trying to plateau (sp?) bust.

I finally broke 200 on the bench. did 205 tonight!

also bought a dozen met rx protein bars. they’re small and have 19g of protein+160 cal, so less protein than I thought they’d have. ate one before workout and one after… is that what you’re supposed to do? haha

been increasing my distance everyday, also bringing down my time to do it in.

yesterday did 6 miles in 53:42, destroying my previous record of 57:17.

ended with 9.3 miles in ~1:23:00. was going for 10, but ran out of water in my bottle :frowning:

not that I really trust it to be accurate, but according to the machine, 1300+cals burned.

made it to the gym 5 times last week.
