ladies and gentlemen, I hit a nice milestone tonight.
10 miles.
I ran 7 miles in 59:26. 10 in ~1:34:00.
HR got up to over 170 for easily well over 20 minutes. I thought I was gonna puke.
again, not that I think it’s accurate, but it said 1400 cals burned.
oh yea, thats on the eliptical, on a resistance of 16. I do the eliptical mainly so as not to overly stress my hips, as I’ve had two hip surgeries.
I will give the planche thing a try. I am pretty light so I might be able to get it once I get the balance thing down.
