I had a banana and granola bar before the gym, and 4 or 5 (lost count, lol) egg whites and one egg yolk and 2 pineapple slices AND I AM STILL HUNGRY. wtf. I am hungry all the time.

Eat eggs everday and see how long you still like eggs! Lol

So I’m going to take a couple of days off from deadlifts because my back really didn’t like me during my last workout. Time to do some new compound exercises I haven’t done in a while. Throw some ideas at me. Tonight’s “pulling” night. (I don’t do back one day, arms the next, shoulders the next… I alternate pushing/pulling.)

-I haven’t done lat pulldowns in a while so those are on the list

Oh yeah those are a staple for me. I do those the same day as deadlifts. :tup:

Question: Pullups and lat pull downs same day. Yes? No? Doesn’t matter?

i try to do tons of sets of pullups. most people use their whole body to bust off a set of pullups, whereas with lat pulldowns (if you are doing them right) you are more likely to just use the concentrated muscles.

want to feel like a vagina? do 3 sets of burpee pullups with 45 second planks in between.

Usually start with large muscle groups first, do some Wide grip Lat Pull up’s, and then maybe do the close grip regular(like high school) pull ups. I only do deadlifts once a week, and i think thats almost too much, but since i have been seeing results i feel like i cant stop… i’m a hard gainer and its been a very very hard time trying to gain, but now that i DONT DRINK, and just EAT until i almost puke, i have gained strength and size almost week after week. Im pretty proud of myself!

yea I ate egg salad for lunch for about a year till i got sick of it. Ill worry about what to eat next when i get sick of scrambled eggs. lol

I can actually move my pecs consciously for the first time! I cant do them independent and I am not sure exactly what to do, but I can make them move at will!

I think I had food poisoning a day and a half ago, I thought I was dying from the worst stomachache in my life!!! I felt like throwing up and I was like super weak.

Might go to the gym today but I have to study all day for an exam Monday!

ugh, made it to wednesday before i started feelin like crap. really bumping up my vit B intake helped the first 2 days, but i feel like crap today.

of course, i beat the hell out of myself last night at the gym, im sure that has something to do with it.
