Someone recommended Jacked 3d to me, i might try it, but i just took creatine for 2 months so i was gonna stay off of it for a month to cycle it, do you still need to cycle creatine? I have to look into this again…
Did you recently buy it? Or is it older? I heard they changed the formula and it’s not as strong anymore.

Bodybuilding.com is by far the best site to buy supplements. Shipping is like 6 bucks no matter what you get so order a bunch of stuff at a time. It also comes in about 3 days. Lots of good info on there too.
I’ve been using NO xplode for awhile and just recently tried Jack3d. I like jack3d better and it’s alot cheaper
i will never for the life of me understand how I can have such a killer workout after some serious binge drinking the night before.
I only take a scoop of protein maybe a slice of wheat bread and creatine (if I’m on it) pre-workout, I get pumps and vainy wihout all that other stuff, I read articles that arginine really doesn’t do anything, info is on bodybuilding.com forum supplement science section. My friend takes his caffine/arginine stuff and talks about pumps, like I said I get my pump without that stuff, only thing I believe in is creatine(not CEE) and amino acid supplements also protein and eating right.

Last night I had parmesian encrusted mahi mahi and half a head of broccoli before the gym.
Just found out Jack3d can be bought at vitamin shoppe. That place is sooooo much better than gnc. they have everything. I just picked up a tub of it today. ill let everyone know how it works out.
Jack3d now has no effect on me, even taking 3 scoops. I’m gonna take 5 scoops tomorrow and see what it does…

LOL ok I was just curious. It is good info anyhow I have always been weary of how supplements are not closely monitored. I always used optimum nutrition 100% whey which is on the good list but not really anymore. Im mostly just out of shape now haha.

I cant anymore… boo. Anyways ya even ON had arsenic, cadmium, mercury, and lead… the ON hydro whey only had arsenic… I use the ON stuff too and now I dunno what to do with it lol…

Yeah save the chart to your comp and rehost it. Yeah even when I was huge into powerlifting/strongman I was still only using protein/creatine. I never felt a need to use anything else so I spent more time learning nutrition.

::edit:: on a related side note… I’d be interested in seeing the amounts of heavy metals in the drinking water in this area… Especially before I go tossing my protein in the trash.
