That said, I have 1000 rounds of 7.62x39mm, a generator, a stockpile of water purification tablets, a fully stocked pantry of non-parishable food, a garden, plenty of fishing tackle, waterproof matches + a fire starting flint and various other disaster/survivalist stuff stashed away. I’ve always lived by the motto of “plan for the worst, hope for the best”. It’s why during the october storm we were warm, dry, well fed and kicked back watching TV.
I love how he switched up talking about how great america is and how it will get through anything, seemed like a tactic to keep americans reading. We are vain people and will give more thought into an article praising us rather then bashing our people. Fact is a war in inevitable and everyone saying we are spread thin in iraq know nothing. The fact is in Iraq we have soldiers who dont wanna be there keeping people safe not fighting a war but instead battles when they come up. If America were to get into an actuall war and used our military might to just go destroy a nation it would be over very quickly rather then pin point missle strikes taking out one building and leaving the rest of the people unharmed we could blanket intire citys and take them out in a single day. This is not a war its a popularity contest.
The problem is going to war with a nation that provides China and Russia with oil would cause a world war unless we had a way to suppliment there oil needs while shit was going on. If we were to tap our alaskan oil reserves or find a cheap way to refine the shale oil we have then we could supply the world and keep them out of any war we get into with iran otherwise they will defend there country and there need for resources.
LOL not at all.The question would be IF I had to live in this type of situation would I be somewhat ready.Like I stated above,I hope and pray it doesn’t but if it does I want to be somewhat prepared.
What is the worst that could happen I have a bunch of water that I could drink,A bunch of food with long shelf lives that I could eat,Or the not bullion silver that I buy that if silver went down from the $19+ it is now(yes it went up again) to $5, the coins I buy would still have their Numismatic value. And I’m not 100% sure but shotguns and such pretty much hold their value if taken care of.

How reliable is this source anyways? Why don’t we hear about this on the local news or heavily on the other worldwide news stations?
The only reason I asked how much % of oil we get from Iran is because if it’s a small % why can’t we just say fuck em and go elsewhere? Then would it really matter if they switched to the Euro? Sorry for the dumb questions.
Gotta laugh. If I even start to think about what all of this could mean it gets really scary: A land where Jeg’s skillset is more valuable than mine? :ohnoes:
