OK ill share what happened. Well last night was pretty hurting for me ill start from the beginning, Well I’m passed out in bed and my phone rings and i don’t even bother answering it because i had to get up early for work. The phone goes off about 3 or 4 times before i thought it would be a good idea to answer it. Come to find out one of my friend got arrested at the bar for pissing outside so he needed me to go pick him up, me being a nice guy and a good friend I went down and waited for him. On my way home a cop passes me and whips a mean U turn and follows me for like a half a mile and pulls me over. I couldn’t find my regrestration but the cop was cool and said he didn’t need it. The officer asked me if i was the guy at the police station and i told him I was there picking up my friend and he laughed about it. He then went back to run my licence and i thought maybe he was gonna let me off with a warning but sure enough i got a ticket for a loud exhaust. Anyone on here that has herd my car before would probally say it isn’t even loud for a Honda with a exhaust (2 1/2" turbo back). My personal opinion is that i think he pulled me over because he seen a little Honda with rims and a nice shinny fart can on the back, anyway i really don’t even care about it and I’m OK with paying a $60 fine. sorry for rambling on and writting so much but you wanted me to tell the details so i thought i might as well tell the whole story, and be careful in Cohoes because he told me that their trying to cut back on people driving around with modified exhausts. And thank god for spell check

+1 to that i have a few close family friends that are PO’s and they all have said that if your completely honest with they they will either let you off completely or give you a reduced ticket such as a seat belt or tail light out ticket…

Got pulled over and given a cell phone ticket. Officer didn’t let me get a word in to explain I was on the phone with 911 reporting a crazy ass driver. She checked my phone and didn’t realize that 911 didn’t exist because Verizon doesn’t put it in the call log of recent calls if you dial it.
She gave me an attitude and said bring the evidence to court.
I got a letter from Verizon with the call log. I can’t wait to see this bitch’s face when I drop the letter on her.
She must be slow because it took her about 15-20 minutes to write the ticket. Of course, it was messy.
Major attitude. I must be a terrorist with the treatment I got. Thank fucking god we don’t have major issues like crazy oil prices, education woes, rising consumer goods, rampid crime, etc… to deal with and we can concentrate on the important shit like cell phones. After we handle that shit, let’s go after J-WALKERS and impose the death penalty.
sucks that you got major attitude, but do you honestly expect cops to believe everything you say? People say some crazy shit just to get out of a ticket. They don’t get paid to give people the benefit of the doubt. You’ll get out of it. No harm.

While I consider myself a bright guy, I didn’t hack the cell phone in the car to make it possible to remove 911 from the call log whenever it is dialed… 
You have a point. If it was me and the person was sincere, I’d try it out. If the # didn’t come up, then he probably was telling the truth. But, giving an attitude and not even listening is just piss poor way to serve the public. I think they often forget that.
