no but the catagory of the hurricane has very little to do with it’s rain potential. the speed of the storms path and Kinetic energy(I know you missed out on that in your hillbilly school) has to do with rain totals not the catagory of the storm. so build a levie for a cat. 10000000000 storm but if you have a slow slow moving cat. 2 storm with a crap load of rainfall it WILL break
