Piss poor acting and writing. What dialogue there was made me cringe and I was thankful Frank Castle does his talking with guns and knives. I do have to admit, being familiar with many Punisher comics, the action was very comic-esq (which I guess is a good thing).

I’m a huge fan of the series and it’s witty humor, but as with most 1/2 hour shows turned into feature length films the writers seemed to lack the ability to take their funny 22 minute cartoon and translate it into something over an hour long. Probably about 35-45 minutes of good stuff in each movie. Too bad you can’t sell a 35-45 minute movie.
Yeah, super religious guy here at work was trying to recommend this to me. I think I’ll pass. Same guy who said he couldn’t watch The Golden Compass because of it’s underlying message. :roll2:
