If this is a confirmed analysis, this is EXACTLY what I told my friends the software was programmed to do; see not a “glitch”.
I don’t do much with software coding outside of database querying but it is easy for this to be part of the algorithm. If, in fact, it was ran again with the same exact ones with the same exact outcome, that is an intended outcome, not a glitch and likely along exactly what that thread states: take 13% of X and move it to Y.

It was turned down for standing only, not merit. You can have all the evidence in the world and it won’t matter if you don’t have standing.
