Yeah, that’s what you get with a merit-based immigration system which is what he wants.

we’re not ignoring the point, we have different points. I am content with my point and not disagreeing though also not prioritizing your point.
what you said about people being judged on their own merit is exactly what is going to happen based on what Trump is setting up for immigration. I also want to point out that i have strong US immigration counsel and I have a multi-year US visa and obtain them for my staff; legally. And by legally i mean that i took the time to understand US immigration paths available to me and went through the multi-year process to get it done. I passed all of the vetting and am now free to develop business or bring my family into the US, which i intend to do.
what i DID NOT DO was simply slip across the border, subvert the laws in place and then demand to be treated any particular way.
This is why i have limited empathy, but not zero.

Stop defending what he said. That’s the point. It has nothing to do with our ideological beliefs for immigration reform. He said something stupid that a president, no, a reasonable representative of the American people should not have said.
that’s an opinion though.
i prefer tougher talk that forces people to confront difficult truths.
i hope he says shithole about shitholes more often. it is now what i expect of all heads of state
*edit…
another indisputable win for Mr. Trump and all of America from the most liberal of corporations; APPLE
$30B investment in a new campus and $38B in a one-time tax charge for repatriating cash.
He didn’t just call countries shitholes, though. He said that he prefers immigrants from one country over another. Does that make sense as to why it was a retarded thing to say?
If all he did was call a place a shithole that’s actually a shithole, I’d be defending it with you.
It should not surprise anyone at this point that Trump is going to say shit he probably shouldnt have.
Yeah, he specifically mentioned preferring Norway. This wasn’t at random; he did so because they rank pretty high on all merit-based qualifications when compared to shitholes.
Empirically, if you’re from Norway you’re more likely to have a valuable skill set.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. I’m sure that’s EXACTLY what he was thinking.
C’mon.
Well, why would you assume otherwise?
Because 40% of the words that you used aren’t in Trump’s vocabulary.
When I applied for my business to be on angieslist they did a background check on me to make sure I wasn’t a shithole person with a crime record. They probably want good contractors to do work for customers.
On another note I am kinda like our current immigration system in which I take all types of jobs, even the jobs in shit hole basements, crawl spaces and attics in poor areas of the city. It would nice to only have to do work in orchard park or williamsville but hey everyone deserves to be comfortable.
All joking aside, he shouldn’t really talk that way, although if something good comes from this well then I guess his plan worked if he had planned to cause the uproar.
Opinion isn’t an argument
The 4D chess-master has the media eating out of his hand. It is hilarious watching the stable genius bat the halfwit media around like a little brain damaged mouse. What is even funnier is watching people mock what they don’t understand making them look even more foolish.
Borrowed: “He lives rent free in their heads.” LOL So true.
You have to scroll past 19 stories on CNN’s mobile site right now, almost every one of them some anti-Trump BS, before you get to the story about Apple. What a joke.
So where does Derby fall on your list? Shithole town?
Pro-Tip - Don’t go to CNN.com. Or Fox News, MSNBC, Breitbart, etc…
I’ve completely stopped checking in at those sites since they are so damn toxic. Not only are they super sensational, but they try to make you think that the other side is completely wrong no matter what. I’ve limited myself to The Hill, Politico, NPR, WaPo, WSJ, and The Guardian.
Big story hits
Wait for those sites to cover it properly
Make honest assessment
Discuss with other perspectives
But seriously, it’s not a chess move. He just fucked up and said something he shouldn’t have. Like most shit he does, denying it and lying about it just makes it talked about longer.
haha, Hell no! I think your garage is nicer than my home lol Nice country feel but not too far away. I’d love to one day live somewhere like derby or eden.
One of my carriers just rolled out some new technology that allows me scan my pdf apps into their website to populate data fields.
I sent him an email after using it and told him that this service definitely was not a shithole. He forwarded to his boss and said that was the best review an agent has given them in quote some time.
We are going to have dinner and drinks next week to celebrate. #MAGA

Also, this is pretty legit.

Might as well talk about #releasethememo in here.
What’s up with this thing? I haven’t seen any serious attempts to connect this to Obama. Instead, it sounds like people who are still in office are about to get some serious heat.
I see a lot of comments about this effecting Mueller’s investigation but how could an investigation that has already yielded several indictments be that effected?
