I thought that was you. I drove by you with the stereo cranked and the tinted windows with loud exhaust. You looked right at me. I love when someone gets pulled over and I drive by breaking just as many laws as them.
On-topic, I don’t think it would be too expensive. I would just pay it whatever it is. Not worth changing anything to me, but I would assume this is going cost you around $100.
Jim, I’ve seen tint tickets range from 25 + 55 to 175 flat fee. I’ve never seen one higher than 175 before.
Exhaust I had a friend get it before. His fee was 50 + 55.
Gives you a better idea than the 19,000 fee I wanted to charge you 
Also tint shops can remove it, usually its like 25/window on the fronts.
I removed my tint it was a bitch to get all the glue off, but looks way cleaner now
oh and on the back window I just let the glue stay on for about 2 weeks, then it came off with stoner glass cleaner and paper towels.
and my tint was on for 7 years
