This is concerning my 1995 240sx SE
After you disconnect the battery is there something you have to reset?
Today while I was cleaning my car I disconnected my positive terminal so I could clean the grud around the battery terminal. After I finished I noticed that when ever I opened the door or start the car there was this ticking sound coming from under the dash on the drivers side and the doom light keeps turning on and off. It almost sounds like the turn signal, but that is not it. Again this happens every time I start the car or open the doors and it last for about 30 seconds, and then starts again when you open the door. It seems like something needs to be reset ever since I disconnected the positive terminal. It never happened with my s13. Does anyone know what this could and how I could stop it?
