sooo my friend has an 08 135i and his runflats are shot… he needs new summer tires ASAP. what do you guys reccomend?
the sizes are-
Front: 215/40r/18
rears : 245/35r/18

what is he looking for out of the tires? max grip, performance, wet weather, cheap price?
why does he need summer tires asap
cheap, good grip, and good performance. i told him to look at the kumho ecsta x/s or w/e they are.
asap because you can run runflats for 60 miles.

Run flats suck! he will notice a ride improvement and probably a performance improvement in just about any tire. Im liking my General Exclaim UHP

if cost is an issue then the general uhp’s are an awesome cheap tire with great grip and good tread life
i like toyo open country M/T’s!!! awesome traction, not alot of road noise and they look very aggressive! oh and no problems running them in the summer!
