Tire Recommendations...

^ I’m PM’ing you. i got a general question about your tc

the car and driver review is for a different class of tire. max performance VS ultra high performance.

well atleast on my tc they did…i dunno if for all they do

but in rain if get on it at like 30 they will just spin, and if you launch at all they just spin

But, is that a function of the tire or a torquey motor with an open diff?

ehh im prob making like 175-180 torque, so i doubt that to much torque for a tire to handle

i dunno, could also due to the fact that they tires have been driven for a while to

also if hes going to the track hes gonna be looking for something to grab so i was suggesting not getting these due to my expirences with them

For a FWD and open diff it is way too much. Even @ 90 tq I could break traction in corners with 205 Azenis when I used a stock 1.6 l open diff XE.

In terms of acceleration having two shitty tires working for you is better than having one good one pull you along.
