This is a good post actually, didn’t cross my mind to actually post something like this, espically if your new to the whole taking the car to the track or street driving. I guess you got to really think what you do to your car to a certain extent, or if you have the money for it.
If your taking ANY car to the track you need to keep in mind that accidents can and will happen.
I trailer my fully street legal, insured, plated, DAILY driven car to the track because its not worth the hassle of having an accident or mechanical failure and then having to deal with it on the spot.
If something happens, load it up, go home and deal with it later.
Tow trucks charge arms an legs especially if you live far from the track (most ppl are 1-2hrs away) and usually damage lowered, kitted cars.
You can rent a truck/trailer from Uhaul, not sure on the prices but ive seen alot of ppl do this so im sure it cant be that expensive.
If your only going to the track a couple times a season then obviously its not feesable to go buy a truck/trailer. Instead make sure your car is mechanically sound, and when your on track you need to drive smart, driving it like you stole it could end up biting you in the ass.
