Just put everything together on the front of my car and my pads aren’t completely touching the rotor? From the top of the rotor to the top of the pad there’s about a quarter inch difference?
Now I have s13 spindles, and my question is do I need s14 spindles?
so the pads lie a bit off the rotor? bigger rotors and problem solved lol.
Bigger rotors off what though, I just want this to work the way it should. I’m sure I’ve seen this setup without s14 spindles.
Just measured my old rotors(abs) and i should of know that they are bigger than the non abs rotors 9.8-10 and 1/16th. So im almost sure that is the problem.
So the ears on the abs spindles must be taller to accommodate the bigger rotors.
So now i guess i’m searching for non abs spindles, which are a lot easier to find anyway.

are you using 300zx rotors? i dont think the splindles will make a difference
yeah may ABS rotors are bigger then no ABS for all 240sx, but you NEED 300zx rotors. either the 26mm or the 30mm rotor if you have 4 lug just compare the old 240sx rotors with the 300zx rotors and drill 3 of your holes. I did this set up on my car it fits perfect first time don’t need new spindles.
