Tuner beginner's..a guide

I have a 1991 Buick Centery… basic mods are, remote start, trans-am factory cd player, and a little rust on the drivers rear door. Where do you recommend that I start to get a little more horsepower out of it? You can PM me if you don’t want to reveal your secrets… I understand… BIG THANKS!!!
