vacuum distribution blocks

will i run into any issues running a bov, boost gauge, and map sensor all off the same vac line via a distribution block? the one im looking at goes on the brake booster vac source. i’ve heard of skewed map sensor readings when the bov is opened, but im not really sure.

I have one that is going to go on the EVO, and obviously it isn’t on yet… I really wouldn’t get that one, you should get the Golden Eagle one, it has 6 ports on it, instead of 4. You have 6 items that are run off vacuum in a terrblow car:

  1. Boost Gage
  2. Boost Controller
  3. Wastegagte
  4. Fuel Pressure Regulator
  5. Blow me off valve
  6. My ass.

(I can’t remember the 6th right now…)

This is only if you are like me, one big huge anal retentive dude that wants
an independent source for all vacuum related things.

im probably only going to need 3 for awhile. bov, map, and gauge.

im running the stock fpr, so thats already sourced. the stock 1 bar map sensor is on it right now, but the vac line looks a bit too small to fit onto the 3.5bar barb. its probably better to just run a new line to it anyway. wastegate/boost controller is gonna be coming off the compressor housing.

ill check that one out though, thanks.

I don’t see why there would be a problem as long as you used a big enough vac line for the “feed” and “return” lines.

Golden Eagle vacuum manifold is 33$ from tunertoys.com. I’ve even got a coupon code if you’d like to get a little discount. When you’re ready to order shoot me a pm if you want, I’m going to have a few orders from them in the near future.
