so instead of having it done by someone you’ve met before and can go back and talk to face to face if something does go wrong, you’d rather call up a call center, wait on hold, if you already have a plan, pay a $20 ESN change fee, and trust that everything is done correctly without ever seeing someone, and knowing that you will most likely never get that same rep again?
we dont charge anything for something like that at my store, and if i know you i always transfer your contacts for free.
