you dont even need to go in to do that if you have a plan already… just call the customer support number. i do this everytime i buy mine off ebay, its so much easier than dealing with people in person lol.

so instead of having it done by someone you’ve met before and can go back and talk to face to face if something does go wrong, you’d rather call up a call center, wait on hold, if you already have a plan, pay a $20 ESN change fee, and trust that everything is done correctly without ever seeing someone, and knowing that you will most likely never get that same rep again?
we dont charge anything for something like that at my store, and if i know you i always transfer your contacts for free.
since when is there an esn fee… i just changed phones recently and never got an esn fee…
nvm… just checked with my buddy who works with verizon there is an esn charge, but the reason its not for me is cuz he gave me his internal number that doesnt put a charge on haha
and my experiences with all in store customer support, verizon people are clueless and fucking retards who are helpless…
i went in the other day and somehow the lady removed my call waiting just by checking my acct balance… talk about nitwits…
it doesnt do it just by checking account balance, it happens when you try to go change a feature on the account. you might want to have everything else checked to make sure she didnt add something on you arnt aware of.
DIRECT store reps unfortunately can be like that.
yeah I made sure when I went back the next day that they checked everything. I also checked online since I prefer to login there (but the online site doesnt have all the features that can be added so it kinda stinks)

lol i work at verizon as a tech. seriously come to us if you want a new phone. the one kid i work with gave 12 phones out last night, i gave out 7 lol. we just don’t care, shit if i was in the situation i would want a new one too. therefore, we just go ahead and do it 
hah, ive talked tol the techs at verizon, never met one that would go ahead and do that. got any v710’s or equivalent in stock? mines getting pretty bad. pm me when ur working and hook it up
the e815 or whatever replaced the v710, but i think its uglier and it has the same freezing problems.

I feel the same way you do. I used too get all pissed at them as well. But now I stop and waste there time, and let them give me their whole sales pitch. And when they get done showing me a phone I just laugh and say " I can get that same exact phone on Amazon for free". They get all flustered. It’s pretty entertaining.
