WATER LOGGED!!! ok, i sank it.

Does the engine make revolutions while hitting the key, or does it spin to a certain point, and stop?

If it spins over, but does not fire up, then you have wet electrics.

If it spins over real slow, maybe your battery is low? Try jumping it.

If it does not spin over at all, but the dash lights are bright as hell, then remove your spark plugs, and attempt to spin it over.

If you still cannot spin it after blowing water out of the chambers, then maybe you have a major restriction in your exhaust system or intake system?

no offense to anyone, but this thread was started on 10 days ago. if he still has water sitting in there, it would be my guess that the engine is fucked. hell, when i was putting my engine back together, i left some of the bare metal of the block exposed to air overnight in my garage and it started rusting a little bit just overnight…and my garage is pretty temperature controlled seen as how its insulated and surrounded by my house on 4 sides (luckily the rust that started to form wiped right off). i cant immagine what god knows how much water sitting in there for more than a week could do. just my .02

lol I hydrolocked my LS1 once…

I pulled the plugs…pumped the starter…jacked the end of the car out all the water out of the manifold…flushed the oil through the motor a bunch of times…then went and dynoed 345rwhp a week later…

When did that happen? Bird go for a swim?
