After the last bout of hooning the rear rotors are heat cracked like whoa and the pads are disintegrating quickly ha
I bought a generic set of pads from Jskrapper @ NAPA for like $30 and ran them for several track days. In fact I still have them in a box, lol.
Bring the camera! I’ll call the guys with the helicopter, lol.
Yea the brakes on the m3 are just generic ECS replacements or something, they have taken a bunch on nonsense.
I’m all for going, bringing the camera as well, but I only own a 35mm fixed lens at the moment, which wont be great for much of anything at the track.
I would be interested in this if I can get off work in time.
Bump for today, anyone?
work till 9…I am interested in doing this tho…so if you want to plan something for a week or 2 out I can schedule work better.
No one could go again, boo.
There’s always next week :oj:
How far away is this track from Buffalo? I had no idea that a road course actually offered a test and tune to public people. I love road racing and I’m only use to the HPDE only sessions at WGI that you can sign up for without a SCCA license. I am sure I might be able to come up with a couple cars from the Elmira/Corning area.
A bit over an hour.
Sounds Good! I love some seat time, especially when it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. I will check back to see when you guys set a date so I can schedule a vacation day from work so I can make it on time. Will there be a Tech to check cars/helmets?
No. Arrive and drive.
Bump for today! Anyone interested?
I will make one of these, working on getting my car set up still, and waiting for a day off from both jobs
Tempting.
Well, I figure if I bump this every week SOMEONE will want to go eventually, lol.
Maybe in two weeks?
I’ll be off and I’ll come up even for the ride.
That’s what they all say
Im game for 2 weeks…just needed to get work sorted out
Film a commercial there
^ that would be a change from the norm…
