I feel bad that I stopped eating junk food mostly, we had lunches paid for during orientation at my job and the other interns (all GA tech students) felt like it was a requirement that my first lunch be Chick-fil-a. I was blown away by how good it is, I’m gonna miss it when I come back to Albany. That and Sonic being right around the corner from both my apartment and work. I hadn’t experienced Sonic before yesterday during lunch.
Im fat as fuck and hate fast food. Beer is my number 1 killer. I probably consume 5000 calories of beer a week

I somewhat disagree… I exercise little to none every week and i do not eat healthy and i haven’t gone past 195. During the summers when i work outside doing manual labor… I could eat whatevvvvver i wanted and couldnt come close to going over 180-5
Drinking will kill you too, it was what I was fighting 90% of the time last year trying to lose weight :lol I just worked out extra to compensate for it.
if i had to decide between eating LESS or eating more but fast/junk food id choose the fast food/junk food all day long as far as gaining weight and or muscle is concerned… Your body can still break down the shit food and turn it into muscle building fuel… added bodyfat will occur but thats easy to control is you have a steady workout routine… I dirty bulk almost every winter and still have a well defined mid section. It’s way better then eating less but healthy as your body will start to eat away at the muscle you DO have since its not getting a steady amount of food to use.

if fast food alone wont do it, try a weight gainer product with something like 1000 cals a serving… then go to Wendys. At some point you will consume enough to gain weight you just have to choke it down.
I’m with Eatonualive tho, there would be better ways to do it then fast food, but its cheap and available and probably the worst health issues caused by it are really related to being overweight in general so have at it. can’t say that i find any of it really tempting anymore. that being said all the sonic commercials really want me to try that place lol.
Might seem slightly contradicting to a weight gaining plan. But I wonder if someone super skinny like dude in this thread needs more complex macros. His metabolism is clearly sky high and it probably blows through the simple foods like fast food easily. Complex carbs that dont break down so quickly might be the key to putting on some weight. And a weight gainer probably would not hurt, a scoop of that shit is like eating a big mac.
