All I did is drink water , a lot of it . Eat salads for lunch , cereal for dinner lol . Going to gym helps as well .

Exactly what I need to do stop drinking soda and sugary shit. And stop eatting out

i’m on the visalus “challenge”… the stuff tastes amazing, fills you up, and is cheaper than any meal you can buy out in town… 2 shakes/day made however i want them to taste (oreo, reese’s, apple pie, you name it…) and a healthy lunch along with healthy snacks like almonds, etc and i stay full all. the. time. while still losing fat and building muscle… best thing i ever did for my diet and overall health

Losing fat and building muscle are conflicting goals. Unless you’re a genetic freak or you are taking steroids, you won’t do both at the same time. Calorie deficits make it nearly impossible.

That’s why I’m not getting skulpted lol , I’m not a genetic freak or on the sauce .

I just cut out eating after dinner M-F and dropped weight.
I was at 211.5 tonight.
