you keep getting it twisted just liek the other dude. the only thing i dodnt know about on that car was the Holes in the floor the Buyer was Obviously made aware that it needed floor repairs as a new Frame Rail was included and liek i said Many times NOTHING was stoping the buyer from inspecting the Car , I see that he hasn’t said anything ina while so its just giving the rest of you Kamakazi Nazi’s a chance to hate on somthing ,

was he not made aware of that?.. as soon as you open the door thats the 1st thing u see, and he pointed that out when he came to get the car.
and the rear end caps were not sold with the car you can see the rust unless your blind…was henot made aware of that with his own two eyes?

thats basiclly the only spot of bondo on this car, under the rear window , im not sure because i wasnt there when my brother was working onthe car.

ya theres something in the law that states buyer beware
if the buyer doesn’t ask, the seller need not tell. forgot what the terminology was called.
but if the buyer asks a question about the car and the seller lies then something could be done about it, even if its sold “AS-IS”

I was actually going to keep the car for myself , i dont really mind not haveing it welded , because i dont race the cars on the street and ive seen some really bad frames on daily drivers so i thought for my own car i would just f/glass it until i could afford some welding , and i told him that i tried to repair the frame but he never looked at it.

If I was the buyer, I’d feel ripped off and bring the car back to the seller and ask for my money back.
I also think we should determine if Nelly has set a new precident by selling bad cars to unsuspecting buyers. Maybe banning him from selling cars is something we should do.
Thankfully, this isn’t a free marketplace and we (you) can control what is and isn’t sold.

i pmed the current owner i was there when my brother sod the car and i can tell you Obviously he sandblasted it or did somthing to the frame he inspected it and still bought it bottom line.
liek i said SOOOOO many times people if he didnt want it…he had the choice to not buy it.

obviously he feels like you have not told him everything about the car and found that the car had way more problems than the ones you told him about.
you painted the car and tried fixing/bondo the frame … I find it very hard to believe you didnt know about the holes in the floor.

no! and theres no lie there how could i when he removed the Sound deadining that exposed the rust and i PM’d him and kindly asked him 2 tell the god honest truth because it was a good transaction everyone was happy at the end , until now , personally when i sold i 240 on here that belonged to me like that Red 93 like 2 years back that had to be sold as a rolling shell , thats because a Member from here bought it when it was still running , ( I think it was Draggone) , He blew the engine the same day and it was because of a cracked Manifold and i Returned his $1000 in full and payed to get it towede back to my house…
I knew the frame rail had holes in it and the buyer now will hopefully let you guys know that it didnt look like that when i sold it to him , theres no way it could have sold like that , and theres no way I seen those holes i really cant even remember seeing Surface rust there but thats probably because when we got it it had Oil spray but anyways that car didnt have holes in the floor when we had it , it did have holes in the frame and the buyer was aware of that( why else would there be a new frame rail with the car)
when he lists the Know Issues he doesnt mention that I told him it needs frame work , but I would have had to tell him , because I included a new frame rail. wait for his Response tomorrow.
and im telling you alot of people have seen me driving that car it would be impossible to drive with holes that big , that is why I am TELLING you he made those holes bigger somehow.

and last comment im adding for the night before Kyle or the owner puts his word in, …you can tell that the holes were punched thru in the Pictures because there is Oil spray just like i said there was when i liek under it , and theres no rust on the puncture parts u can still see the 1st yellow coat as if it was punch through with that bird beak plyers like i I told you guys he did.
and the other parts right below the Pedals were obviously punched thru that hole is WAAAY to big i done vene remember seeing that i remember seeing Surface rust

Okay, buyer beware/live and learn/blah blah…but those rails are definitely not average.
*unless the frame rails ACTUALLY deteriorated that much between sale and current pictures.
that 1 hole in the Rail is the 1 i was talking about , the rest of the rail had the surface rust that had eaten thru it , but it was just brown , when u poke at it hard enuff , then it brakes just as he did with that needle nose one. there was just that 1 hole , and when the buyer came i belive my brother did show him that it was seperated but i’ll ask him 2morro when he gets home.
