I’ve left Shift’s classifieds the way they are and just linked over to the larger section for those that want to browse it. That way it won’t show up in ‘new posts.’
I used to be part of a couple Tucson, AZ. car forums and we used to do multi-club events with a couple of Phoenix clubs and Sierra Vista clubs. Track days, cruises, dyno days…all sorts of things. It was sometimes difficult to get everyone on the same page, but we made a lot of new friends doing it and it was great to put a face to the names.
Just a thought.
We’re in the planning stage of an all-NY meet to do just that. Haven’t put it out in public yet.

Post up the list of the asshats who have been banned.
I have no idea who was banned on Shift and who wasn’t. No one has been banned since we took over. (Minus earlier in this thread, since reversed.)
I thought there would be a log or something within VB. So how do you unban people if you don’t know who has been banned?
The banned user group contains users that were spam, duplicate, etc. not just active users who pissed someone off. Shift’s banned group was combined with the rest of the network when we merged because typically when pulling someone back out we know a username. We’ve never listed them because we haven’t needed to.
There are 1,103 banned users. The log is even longer to dig through especially when we don’t know the user we’re looking for or even the person who banned them.
damn, I wanted to see the shift list.
Should we start throwing out names to be considered for a reprieve?
I’m trying to sort the list now but yeah, throw out some names and I’ll take a look.
